Return Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Merchandise can be returned for a refund or
exchanged for another product within 14 business
days from the ship date when accompanied by the
proper documentation.
PLEASE NOTE:
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any
merchandise that has been used. We reserve the
right to reject a return after inspection if we
deem it was not returned in the condition it was
sent to the customer.
- We generally process returns/exchanges
within a week of receiving them.
- If returned merchandise was originally
shipped free of charge to the customer, the cost
of that outbound shipment will be deducted from
the refund.
