Image Use Terms
SoftSpot by Wozzy thanks you for sharing your
family photographs!
We will not distribute your photo in any way, other
than posting it to the Fan Page on this website.
However, given that we will post your image to our
site, it will by default become part of the public
domain.
By uploading and submitting your photo, you agree to
the following:
1. For images of minors: I hereby warrant that I am
a legal competent adult and a parent or legally
appointed guardian of the minor, and that I have
every right and have legal possession (own) to post
pictures of said minor. I hereby release this image
for use by SoftSpot by Wozzy. This release shall be
binding upon the minor and me, and our respective
heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.2. You
understand that though SoftSpot by Wozzy has no
intention of distributing this image beyond our
website, we cannot control anyone who might copy
your image from our site and distribute from there.
3. You agree not to post Prohibited Content.
Prohibited Content includes the following:
A) Is abusive, deceptive, pornographic, obscene,
defamatory, slanderous, offensive, or otherwise
inappropriate;
B) Comprises copyrighted material used without the
express permission of the owner;
C) Violates or otherwise encroaches on the rights of
others;
D) Contains viruses, worms, corrupt files, Trojan
horses or other forms of corruptive code, or any
other content which may compromise the Service
(collectively “Corruptive Code”);
E) Advocates illegal activity;
F) Harms anyone, including minors; or,
G) Provides a link to any of the above.
4. SoftSpot by Wozzy will not manipulate your
images other than to crop or adjust color when
necessary to improve visibility on our website.
5. We reserve the right to make minor edits to
your posted comments, only to fix typos and/or
misspellings.
6. We reserve the right to refuse to post a
submitted photo for any reason.
7. You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless
SoftSpot by Wozzy, including its officers,
directors, employees, affiliates, licensors,
suppliers, information providers, and agents from
and against all losses, claims, liabilities,
expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable
attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of
these terms or any activity related to the service
(including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or
by any other person. |
